Jess Russell

My name is Jess Russell and I am originally from Hyde(central Otago) but have recently moved away from home to flat in Dunedin. I enjoy sociallising, sports, holidays, travel to name a few, I am interested in massage as it is something I have always wanted to do and hope to do relaxation and remedial massage and perhaps have my own moblie business.

    Reflection about what you have thought about since - i.e. learning whihc sticks.. and what you still want to know.

    Define posture - use your text.. if you dont have one - google search... and write it down in your words.

    Thanks for your participation on the course last week - hope you get the time to practice your blogging and to do this I am suggesting a reflection on the first practice block - same sort of questions for each student - you can read share and discuss with each other.
